Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a SAP Concur Design/Build/Test Consultant to lead architecture for a federal GO.gov program. You will design, configure, test, and deploy SaaS T&E solutions for 124 government agencies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to deliver robust Concur configurations and integrations. This role requires US citizenship and offers onsite/remote options.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government security clearance requirements (clearable to MBI).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Travel & Expense (T&E) industry, including modern processes and integrations.
• Proven ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specifications, and comprehensive test scripts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions and translate change requests into clear functional specifications.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP Concur Expense and Request modules aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate technical integrations connecting SAP Concur to finance systems, HR platforms, card providers, and mid-office tools via APIs.
• Develop end-to-end test scripts, lead SIT and UAT, resolve defects, and ensure smooth production releases.
• Serve as the functional bridge between client leads, internal developers, and third-party vendors to ensure program success.
