Qualifications

• Six years of relevant accounting experience or combination of education and experience.
• CPA licensure counts toward the minimum qualifications.
• Experience with GAAP and GASB standards is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP Concur and CORE or similar financial systems.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures data within Concur is accurately available for eligible users.
• Manages role access, COA elements, and applicable rates.
• Drafts training curriculum and delivers training via various formats.
• Ensures data within FinQuery is available for eligible users.
• Provides guidance to CDPS personnel on program issues.
• Captures and analyzes data; conducts audits and recommends actions.
• Prepares system reports for budgeting and year-end activities.
