Job summary

Accenture's Utilities Practice seeks a seasoned consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail and customer service, driving digital transformation and operating improvements.

You will partner with senior executives as a trusted advisor, shape business strategies, manage project teams, and develop new operating models while advancing client-centric transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry and in Customer Service / Customer Transformation project delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of functional experience in SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery on quality, timeline and budget.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the Utilities practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership and stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
