LHH Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst – Operations to support a global SAP landscape in a critical role focused on Service, Warranty, Quality, and Procurement. This is a high-visibility, hands-on position reporting to the Director of IT and serves as a key business partner during an enterprise-wide SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis (30%)
• Evaluate business processes and translate needs into scalable SAP solutions. Identify opportunities to improve systems across Warranty, Service, QM, MM, DMS, PP, and Procurement areas.
• Business Partnering (30%)
• Act as a strategic liaison between IT and operations. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
• Systems Configuration & Support (20%)
• Perform SAP configuration and partner with developers to implement enhancements. Participate in the full lifecycle of changes from requirements to production.
• Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects following a defined PMO framework. Provide documentation, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT or business roles focused on operations and SAP
• Strong configuration skills in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA modules:
• Required: QM, MM, PP, CS (Customer Service), DMS
• Preferred: SD, PM, SIOP (IBP/APO), SAP Ariba
• Proven ability to make SAP field-level edits, create new transactions, and translate functional needs into technical tasks
• Experience leading IT or business projects end-to-end
• Familiarity with documentation tools (project plans, gate decks, requirement logs)
• Demonstrated track record of long tenure or ownership of enterprise-impacting solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
