Your contributions will enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of your team, while adhering to commercial practices and policies that evolve with your input. With significant control over commercial priorities, you'll enjoy moderate autonomy in executing impactful commercial arrangements. Bring your high-level commercial judgment to achieve remarkable outcomes and propel our business forward.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Drive adoption of our GridOS Visual Intelligence product and broader software portfolio within the utility sector.
  2. Identify customer needs and lead discussions that connect software capabilities to operational and business value.
  3. Develop and support business cases that highlight ROI and support customer decision-making.
  4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in utilities, including technical and business decision-makers.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to align customer needs with available solutions.
  6. Lead or support customer demos, workshops, proposals, and strategic meetings.
  7. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting or pre-sales roles, ideally in the utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of grid utility operations and challenges, including vegetation management, network modeling, asset health, and grid resiliency efforts such as storm response, wildfire mitigation or damage assessment.
  • Experience building and presenting business cases or ROI models.
  • Proven track-record engaging both technical and non-technical audiences up to C-level.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with remote sensing technologies such as LiDAR, satellite imagery, or aerial data.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analytics or AI-driven software platforms.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working across teams.

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $148,000USD - $184,000USD. The specific salary offered may be influenced by experience, education, and location. This position is eligible for commission.
