Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Manager for SAP BRIM Run Operations to lead the BRIM run, support, and enhancements. You will oversee a team of onshore and offshore engineers, aligning billing architecture with operational excellence across subscription, charging, invoicing, and financial integrations.

The role demands 8+ years in SAP ERP, 3+ years in leadership, and BRIM expertise, with a focus on IT controls, SOX, and end-to-end process integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
8+ years SAP ERP experience with 3+ years in leadership.
3+ years SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
Experience running SAP BRIM ops post-implementation in a CoE.
Strong ABAP, integration, and BRIM module knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day SAP Run operations for S/4HANA BRIM, ensuring secure, stable, compliant, high-performing functionality.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and enhancement management for BRIM modules.
Govern SLAs and KPIs with MSPs and vendors for uptime and response metrics.
Direct rapid resolution of System Restoration Tickets and crises with clear communications.
Oversee order/delivery flow, batch management, and job scheduling; automate recurring issues.
Collaborate with RTR, MDT, and middleware for end-to-end solutions.
Monitor integrations (Salesforce, EDI, APIs, Web Services, digital payments) and lead troubleshooting.
Champion AI and automation to boost productivity and self-healing capabilities.
