Roles & Responsibilities

• Team player and ready to accept assigned tasks
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and resolve incidents
• Triage, assess, resolve, document resolution, update knowledge base, and close incidents
• Handle service request tickets as required within SLA, using the Incident Management System
• Analyze issues and recommend appropriate solutions or approaches
• Support technical development and debugging as needed
• Test incident resolutions
• Create problem tickets for recurring incidents and assign them
• Update training documentation, user manuals, and self-help checklists with resolution actions
• Monitor incidents for progress within the team
• Manage SLAs and KPIs, and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate incident resolution with SAP / third parties when required
• Work with offshore teams in India and extend working hours as needed for support

Generic Managerial Skills

• Participate in creating detailed project plans with dependencies
• Experience in leading and managing onsite and offshore teams across multiple locations
• Manage the responsible track throughout its lifecycle
• Proactively identify scope changes and coordinate with stakeholders to adjust scope, budget, and timeline accordingly

Salary Range: $93,700 - $150,000 per year
