Job Title: SAP BRIM Product Manager -(SAP RAR)

Location: Remote

Experience: 15+

Duration: Long Term Contract

Type: W2 and C2C

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders such as business, UX design, regulatory, IT, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project requirements. Drive collaboration, adoption of best practices, and ensure mission-critical programs are effectively executed across the US Region.
3. High-level requirements: Accountable for high-level requirements for solution confirmations and sustaining development.
4. Research and User Insight: Partner with UX designers to conduct comprehensive end-user research to identify unmet needs, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement or expansion.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and validate assumptions, ultimately driving business results and product adoption.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet all relevant regulatory standards and certifications, collaborating with IT to navigate compliance requirements.
7. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead global digital transformation programs through the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing, launch, performance monitoring, post-launch evaluations, and making data-informed updates or discontinuations.
8. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and align product development efforts with customer needs. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and documentation to communicate features, benefits, and value.
9. Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and contract management to develop budgets, forecast needs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize resource allocation.
10. Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay updated on advancements in business technology and regulations impacting the industry, and communicate their impact to leadership to guide strategy.
