Role – SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing Consultant

Department: Professional Services

Location: Remote

Reports to: Manager within Professional Services

Travel: 50 to 70% – Remote initially

Position Overview

The Senior SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing Consultant will provide expertise in Hybris Billing and FICA for Bramasol’s SAP practice in the United States. This role involves client interaction, system configuration, and may include team management. The consultant will guide clients through project scoping and delivery to ensure successful SAP BRIM implementation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on SAP BRIM functionality and best practices
• Lead client workshops and support project phases
• Ensure quality project execution and client satisfaction
• Support business development and client relationship management
• Develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with client teams and strategic partners
• Create roadmaps and lead solution design workshops
• Assist in sales and marketing activities
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents and functional specifications
• Identify and present new business opportunities
• Interact with finance and technology executives
• Document best practices and share knowledge

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Experience with SAP BRIM and Hybris Billing
• 4-5+ years in SAP BRIM/FICA
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Consulting experience and industry knowledge
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Understanding of data management and governance

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 7 years
• SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing certification
• Hands-on SAP BRIM experience in multiple implementations
• Knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing, OTC, SAP SD, FI-AR, S/4 HANA (plus)
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels
• Willingness to travel 70-90%, with valid US driver’s license and passport
