Job summary

Innowise is expanding its SAP practice and seeks an experienced SAP BASIS Specialist to join our global team in the United States. You will manage SAP TMS, implement security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable system operation and reliable integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP administration, S/4HANA and NetWeaver experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. We offer flexible schedules, international exposure, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SAP BASIS Specialist on implementation and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, including application servers and integration components.
• Hands-on SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and perform system refreshes and client copies.
• Implement and maintain SAP security, including user administration, role management, and authorization concepts.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth system operation and integration with other SAP modules.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers.
• Perform system monitoring, health checks, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and performance.

• Experience as an SAP BASIS Specialist on implementation and support projects
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Experience with database administration (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or other supported databases)
• Understanding of SAP architecture, including application servers, database servers, and integration components
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
