Job summary

Univedge Consulting LLC seeks an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with strong AMS experience to support and optimize our S2P/P2P landscape, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on production support, incident management, testing, and collaboration with procurement, AP, and technical teams to resolve end-to-end issues and support monthly releases and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of AMS or production support experience for SAP Ariba environments.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Ariba modules: Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Guided Buying.
• Experience with integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Experience with SAP Business Network, CIG, multi-country deployments, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for SAP Ariba in an AMS environment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and enhancements per SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve end-to-end process issues.
• Support monthly releases, upgrades, regression testing, and deployments.
• Configure SAP Ariba to meet evolving business needs and monitor integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
• Create functional specs and work with developers on enhancements.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and regression testing and maintain process documentation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with strong AMS experience to support and enhance our S2P/P2P landscape. The consultant will serve as a key functional resource responsible for production support, incident management, service requests, testing, and ongoing optimization of SAP Ariba solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Ariba modules, experience supporting business users in a production environment, and a proven track record of driving issue resolution while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for SAP Ariba applications in an AMS environment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and enhancement requests in accordance with SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, AP teams, and technical resources to resolve end-to-end process issues.
• Support monthly releases, system upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP Ariba solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Monitor and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with developers on custom enhancements.
• Conduct testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement and supplier management processes.
• Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements related to procurement systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of AMS or production support experience supporting SAP Ariba environments.
• Hands-on configuration experience in one or more SAP Ariba modules:
• Buying and Invoicing
• Sourcing
• Contracts
• Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)
• Guided Buying
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Business Network.
• Experience with CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Knowledge of vendor onboarding, supplier master data, invoice reconciliation, and procurement compliance processes.
• Experience supporting global deployments and multi-country procurement operations.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore AMS support models.
