Job summary

Destrooper Biscuits, a 100% Belgian family-owned food company with global reach, seeks an SAP Application Manager to lead the landscape (SAP/CRM/MES/PowerBI/SharePoint) and report to the CFO. You will oversee one SAP specialist, shape the roadmap, and drive milestones while staying hands-on when needed.

You will drive MES synchronization, support the ECC→S4 migration, and implement a ticketing system. Expect to work from Oostkamp HQ with a competitive package, annual bonus, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SAP landscape and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

What you do

As (SAP) Application Manager... You report to the company's CFO and manage one permanent SAP colleague. Are you responsible for the application landscape (SAP/CRM/MES/PowerBI/Sharepoint/…) Present your vision and strategy and draw up a roadmap for the further development of a future-proof application landscape. Manage your projects from A to Z Contribute to the optimization of processes, structures and increasing efficiency. Are you hands-on and do you delve into the subject matter where necessary? Promote your SAP within the company and help build a key user community.

• MES: Synchronization of the MES landscape across production sites.
• Migration SAP ECC to S4.
• Replacement of PI/PO.
