Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks alongside the Key Account Manager.
• Act as the point of contact for key accounts and manage commercial agreements end-to-end.
• Follow up with customers to ensure promotions and seasonal products are processed on time.
• Prepare customer visits and develop commercial presentations.
• Answer customer questions and provide premium service.
• Maintain customer and product data in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Manage customer portals (GS1) and ensure accurate technical files.
• Collaborate with colleagues to back up clients and ensure continuity.
• Actively participate in process optimizations and efficiency improvements.

What you do

Who you are

• You have some experience, ideally in an administrative or commercial support role.
• Experience in FMCG or retail is a strong plus.
• You are a real team player.
• You work accurately, critically and customer-oriented: perfect files are the standard for you.
• You have excellent Excel skills.
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English.
• You like to take initiative and feel comfortable in a versatile role that also offers room for projects.
