Job Summary

The Senior SAP APMe Developer will serve as a hands‑on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) solutions. This role focuses on building and optimizing incentive compensation solutions, data processing, and reporting, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality outcomes. Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) is preferred but secondary to strong APMe expertise.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale implementations or support environments
• Background supporting compensation/incentive management systems

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
• Experience with APMe configuration and development
• Groovy scripting experience within APMe environments
• Strong SQL / PL‑SQL development and data analysis skills
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
