Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a manufacturing client in the south Charlotte area. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and running aging reports.

You will contact customers about payment status, collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues, and ensure payments are cleared in the system. Occasional light accounting support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
• Strong communication skills for customer follow-up and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities and help reduce past-due balances.
• Run AR aging and past-due reports.
• Contact customers regarding payment status and collections.
