Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking an SAP Developer to support the SAP platform with primary focus on Billing and Customer Choice solutions. You will design, develop, enhance, test, implement, and support SAP processes enabling critical utility customer billing and competitive market operations.

Responsibilities include developing SAP solutions for billing and deregulated markets, working with business teams, and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• SAP ABAP development experience.
• Knowledge of SAP development lifecycle, transports, and production support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions for billing and deregulated markets.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design, implement, and test SAP programs, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and assist in user acceptance testing.
