Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience.
• Must be local to Santa Barbara or surrounding area.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple operational priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with residents, owners, vendors, and teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot independently, and stay composed under pressure.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections, vendor relationships, and resident communications.
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented approach to property management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential and multifamily properties with high maintenance and service standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, property owners, onsite personnel, and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, property repairs, vendor services, and improvement projects.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Troubleshoot resident concerns and operational challenges promptly.
• Collaborate with onsite teams for seamless communication and accountability.
• Support leasing operations, resident transitions, and seasonal turnovers.
• Obtain vendor proposals, coordinate timelines, and monitor work quality.
• Review property-related expenses and support financial documentation.
