Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience with multifamily exposure.
• Local to Santa Barbara or surrounding area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential and multifamily properties.
• Serve as main contact for residents, property owners, onsite staff, and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, vendor services, and projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Troubleshoot resident concerns and time-sensitive issues.
• Collaborate with onsite teams for communication and accountability.
• Support leasing operations and resident turnover activities.
• Review expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking and administrative reporting.
• Maintain communication with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and goals.
