Warren City Hall seeks a sanitation equipment operator to drive a packer-type, side-arm or bucket truck on established routes, collect waste, recyclables and yard waste, and perform related manual labor.
Requirements include GED or high school diploma, valid Michigan Class B commercial driver's license with air brake endorsements, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Salary ranges from $27.99 to $31.30 per hour with benefits.
Work involves the operation of medium and power-driven equipment involved in the collection of refuse and garbage. Employees are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment.
Work is under the supervision of an employee of higher grade.
