Job summary

Kens Foods Inc. is looking for a sanitation-focused employee to support production line cleanliness and equipment sanitation. Responsibilities include disassembling and reassembling equipment, chemical cleaning, and adhering to SQF and GMP standards.

You will participate in safety initiatives, assist with pigging of product lines, and coordinate with packaging on overnight tank changes. GED or better required, with 1–3 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Equivalency or better is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble production equipment: clean, rinse, and sanitize all product contact machinery following PPE procedures.
• Reassemble production equipment after cleaning and sanitizing.
• Chemically clean machinery while maintaining safety procedures.
• Comply with safety, SQF, and GMP practices.
• Participate in the Daily Safety Captain Program.
• Trained and capable on pigging of product lines from processing kitchen.
• Follow the pig program to retrieve/recover pigs and place on storage boards.
• Coordinate with packaging team to switch product tanks during overnight runs.
• Other duties as assigned.
