Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to clean and sanitize equipment, rooms, and surfaces to maintain food safety and support timely production startup.

Under FSQA Manager supervision, you will verify sanitation procedures, document activities, and assist with lockdown documentation and raw material unloading. High school diploma or GED and 1+ year in manufacturing/sanitation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or sanitation.
• Familiarity with sanitation equipment and cleaning protocols.
• Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and cleaning checklists.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, rooms, and surfaces.
• Prepare rooms for next shift and ensure sanitation records.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for sanitation.
• Unload raw materials and verify related documents.
• Document sanitation activities on the Master Cleaning Sheet.
• Enforce lockdown procedures and safety protocols.
• Support other departments as needed.
