Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a sanitation team member to clean and sanitize equipment, areas, and facilities in a fast-paced plant environment. You will follow strict sanitation procedures and safety guidelines to support food safety and product quality.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and sanitation experience is a plus. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime, benefits after 60 days, and additional incentives for perfect attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas per USDA and company standards.
• Prepare, mix, and apply cleaning chemicals following PPE and safety requirements.
• Inspect cleaned areas and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment and proper storage of tools and chemicals.
• Collaborate with team to complete sanitation tasks efficiently.
