Job summary

dnata Catering USA is seeking an Equipment & Sanitation Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Equipment and Sanitation departments in a high-volume aviation catering environment. You will ensure all flight and production equipment is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and delivered to meet customer specifications and schedules.

This role requires strong HACCP, GMP, and safety discipline, 3+ years supervisory experience in a regulated food setting, and the ability to train and coach teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Food Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in sanitation, warehouse operations, airline catering, or related fields.
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Equipment and Sanitation departments to ensure readiness and on-time service.
• Ensure airline equipment is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, assembled, and delivered per specifications.
• Develop sanitation schedules meeting SOP frequencies and requirements.
• Monitor equipment availability and coordinate cleaning priorities.
• Maintain audit-ready sanitation documentation and inventory records.
• Support safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance audits.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop team members; conduct shift briefings.
• Promote safety culture and ensure PPE usage.
• Produce daily operational reports and shift documentation.
