We are seeking a Sanitation Technician for 1st shift; Available to work overtime as scheduled on Friday & Saturday.

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Appropriate English language ability in order to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, SOPs, and other related documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, talk, hear, taste, or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. The employee must frequently bend, twist, and reach. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme heat. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees may be required to work outside in the summer and winter months.

Salary Base Range of $20.00 - $24.50 per hour for Employees Located in Illinois. The “base salary range” provided above is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The range provided is for Illinois employees as Irca Group is required by Illinois State Law to post pay rates. Irca Group reserves the right to pay outside of the given range based on a variety of factors including but not limited to candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and location/geography.
