Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to support packaging and component staging within a sterile filling operation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related science preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory operations, packaging, or related environment.
• Experience in aseptic, sterile, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Awareness of USDA regulations or other regulated production standards is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise written instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work safely and as part of a production team.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.

• Complete production records accurately and in accordance with GDP.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify and communicate potential equipment, process, or documentation issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

You will work as part of a production team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, accuracy, and sterility required to prepare vaccines for final processing. The position requires careful documentation, consistent adherence to established procedures, and a strong commitment to product quality and workplace safety.

What You’ll Do

Additional Details

• Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Overtime is rare and typically voluntary
• This position requires consistent adherence to cleanliness, safety, documentation, and sterile-processing procedures
