Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. located in Cambria, WI, is seeking a Sanitation Technician to help keep our facility clean, organized, and operating to high standards. This role offers flexible scheduling with 4, 5, 6, or 8-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Paid training is provided, no industrial experience required, and the pay range is $20-$23 per hour. Join a growing food-grade operation focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to safely work with cleaning products and follow safety procedures.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sanitation area in the facility.
