Job summary

Didion Milling in Cambria, WI is seeking a Food Quality Technician to ensure product safety and quality. You’ll perform routine testing, record data, and maintain clean, food-safe environments in a fast-paced setting.

You'll work 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM on 2-2-3 or 4 on/4 off shifts, with a starting hourly wage of $22–$26 plus a $3 shift premium and 40 hours extra PTO for night shift. Training and growth are provided.

• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in lab testing or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!

• Available Schedules:
  • 6AM–6PM | 2-2-3
  • 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
• Location: Cambria, WI
• Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour and Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!
