Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a Sanitation Technician to keep our facility clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards. The role offers flexible scheduling with 4, 5, 6, or 8-hour shifts Monday through Thursday and pays $20–$23 per hour.

No industrial experience is required as paid training is provided, and there are growth opportunities across Didion's operations. This is a hands-on, team-based position with a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to safely work with cleaning products and follow safety procedures.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
