Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
Location: Cambria, WI

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour | Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food‑safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

What You Bring

• A strong work history and proven reliability.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Comfort working in regulated or food‑safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• A team‑first mindset and desire for professional growth.
  Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!
