Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment per SOPs.
• Clean and sanitize lines and facilities using sanitation tools.
• Assist with equipment setup after sanitation activities.
• Complete sanitation records and checklists accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure sanitation execution.
• Maintain GMPs and food safety policies.
• Identify any conditions that could impact food safety or quality.
• Follow safety rules and report issues promptly.
