Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and assist the cleaning crew.
• Monitor chemical usage and report needs to supervisor.
• Supervise startup of production machinery, including lockout procedures.
• Prepare and complete sanitation reports.
• Maintain SQF and ensure food safety and quality.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and enforced.
