Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a sanitation technician to clean and maintain assigned areas, tear down machinery at shift start, and assist with morning setup before production begins. You will follow safety policies, wear PPE, and collaborate with supervisors and other departments.

Previous poultry processing sanitation experience is a plus. The role requires the ability to work in a wet, cold environment and stand for extended periods, with exposure to noise and CO2.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic math functions and skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning and sanitizing processes for assigned areas.
• Tear down machinery at the start of cleanup shifts.
• Assist with setup before production begins each morning.
• Follow directions from supervisors and management; perform additional duties as assigned.
