Cobb in Tennessee Hatchery is seeking dedicated workers to join the Cobb family. The role involves fog hatcher halls, setter halls, embrex room, and related processing areas, with a strong focus on safety and biosecurity.

You will perform cleaning and sanitation tasks, laundry, and routine checks, while adhering to schedule requirements including Sundays through Wednesdays or Wednesdays through Saturdays, with holidays and potential shift changes based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• If laid off or providing child or elder care, the gap increases to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Fog hatcher halls, setter halls, embrex room, clean box room, pull room and processing room; perform duties as described (25%).
• Clean/sanitize box room and chick room, clean chick counter (30%).
• Laundry (15%).
• Go through customer chicks (5%).
• Setter and turning arm checks (5%).
