Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join our master sanitation team responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the plant’s manufacturing infrastructure to ensure a clean environment for producing high-quality snack products. This role reports to the QA & Sanitation Supervisor and requires adherence to safety protocols.

You will perform routine cleaning, operate cleaning equipment, follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, and participate in safety training and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year production experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior sanitation training and certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs plant cleaning and sanitizing following the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Learns and follows plant safety rules and GMPs; reports injuries.
• Operates powered equipment and uses PPE per safety protocols.
• Maintains general housekeeping in interior and exterior areas.
• Disposes of waste in proper locations and supports 5S initiatives.
• Reads Safety Data Sheets and uses cleaning agents per manufacturer guidance.
