Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic math proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience operating machinery and following GMPs.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of ESL/SSL department equipment following sanitation procedures.
• Assist with packaging tasks as needed prior to sanitation.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Complete HACCP paperwork and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in real time.
• Support changeovers for fillers and date coding and notify supervisors of issues.
• Ensure line OEE and material shrinkage targets are met.
