Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating machinery and handling GMPs and product specifications.
• SPC (weight control).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and healthy workplace; follow safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Set up, run, clean and perform preventive maintenance on extended run fillers.
• Adhere to GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and report conditions affecting food safety.
• Plan and lead changeovers for fillers and date coding; coordinate with supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical problems and keep documentation up to date.
• Maintain line OEE targets and manage material shrinkage; communicate with ESL pasteurizer operators.
• Engage in continuous improvement and adhere to all safety practices.
