The supervisor will ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and HR requirements, and will drive improvements through training, data analysis, and standard-setting. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in various formats.
