Location: North Campus- 4050 W. Memorial Road, OKC OK 73120
Shift: Full-Time, 5:00 am-1:00 pm with every other weekend 12:00 pm - 8:15 pm.
The Sanitation Technician maintains food service area, supplies, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Responsible for washing and sanitizing potware, utensils, and production equipment. Changes water frequently to maintain temperature and cleanliness. Unloads soiled trays and dishes from carts. Cleans transport carts. Maintains clean and sanitary work area in kitchen. Empties trash cans and replaces liners throughout the day.
Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
Experience: One (1) year of food service experience preferred.
Working Knowledge: Must be aware of and practice sanitation and hygiene procedures.
