About the Role

An Andretti Dishwasher is a part-time role responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen, supporting guest satisfaction, and working as part of a fun, energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean all dish and glassware for restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Work with staff to stock and maintain cleanliness of dish areas.
• Ensure availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, and utensils.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing.
• Take out trash, replace bags, and wash trash cans.
• Observe guest safety and enforce guidelines.
• Communicate professionally and enthusiastically with guests and coworkers.
• Participate in team efforts and attend training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work environment following company policies.
• Understand and follow emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Display excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.
