Responsibilities:

1. Operate the dish machine efficiently
2. Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
3. Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly
4. Set up and organize dish racks
5. Remove trash
6. Maintain safety and sanitation practices
7. Exhibit teamwork
