Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership to sanitation team members.
• Demonstrate mastery of all job functions related to sanitation processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Guarantee proper sanitizing of production area and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, quality, and sanitary plant operation while adhering to all sanitation guidelines and following all established procedures.
• Serve as a resource to others to solve problems and/or assist with sanitation activities of equipment.
