Job summary

La Vaquita Cheese is seeking a day-to-day sanitation team lead to supervise and partner with production staff in Houston, TX. You will demonstrate mastery of sanitation processes, equipment, and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant plant.

Responsibilities include guiding sanitation activities, ensuring proper sanitizing of production areas and equipment, and serving as a resource to troubleshoot sanitation issues while upholding company guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of sanitation experience or 4+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership attributes.
