Job summary

LaVaquita is seeking a sanitation leader to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure proper sanitizing of production areas and equipment. The role requires mastery of sanitation processes, procedures, and equipment, with a focus on safety and quality in a plant environment.

The selected candidate will guide the sanitation team, maintain sanitary standards, and act as a resource to address sanitation-related issues, supporting continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of sanitation experience or 4+ years with leadership attributes.
• Leadership responsibilities in a production sanitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sanitation team operations.

• Guarantee proper sanitizing of production area and equipment.
