Premium Production is hiring a Sanitation Team Lead in Hildale, UT. You will lead sanitation of processing equipment, ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA standards, and guide a small team of technicians on cleaning and setup tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct experience in a regulated manufacturing or sanitation environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written steps.
• Comfort working around airborne powders and heavy machinery.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities with the team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, deep clean, sanitize, and reassemble production machinery and rooms according to SOPs and cGMP.
• Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor progress.
• Inspect sanitized equipment and coordinate with QA for release.
• Verify sanitation logs and shift documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Train teammates on safe chemical handling and cleaning standards.
• Troubleshoot sanitation equipment issues and report concerns to management.
• Enforce safety, PPE, and sanitation standards across the floor.
