Job summary

• Execute plant sanitation programs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and supporting programs.
• Train department team members in policies and procedures.
• Motivate sanitation personnel to accomplish company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SSOPs across shifts.
• Plan and schedule work with Production, Maintenance, Material Control and QA to maximize productivity.
• Communicate daily with sanitation staff to address issues and concerns.
• Ensure proper training before task execution.
• Analyze and resolve sanitation-related problems.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to resolve food safety issues.
• Recommend improvements to sanitation methods and equipment.
• Supervise assigned employees and manage performance.
