Qualifications

• Associate's degree in food science or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in sanitation or related discipline in the beverage or related food industry.
• Proficient in cleaning food contact surfaces including CIP/COP systems.
• Must obtain HACCP and SQF certifications.
• Ability to develop SSOPs and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a cleaning routine plan for daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation in all parts of the plant.
• Develop and implement all sanitation-related procedures and audits to ensure procedures are followed.
• Manage schedules to support CIP activities.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning plans via inspections, reporting, and documentation.
• Provide shift-focused supervision to sanitation staff.
