Qualifications

• Associate degree in food science or related field is required.
• Experience supervising sanitation in beverage/food industry a must.
• Must be able to develop SSOPs and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with CIP/COP cleaning systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor cleaning routines (Master Cleaning Schedule) for all plant areas.
• Implement and audit sanitation-related procedures and audits.
• Manage cleaning supplies, chemical inventory, and pest control program.
• Participate in internal and external audits and provide training to staff.
