Job Description

THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT JOB.

We process and pack a large amount of fresh produce for high-end and discount chain stores, as well as food service and manufacturing accounts. We are looking for an ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR for our 3RD SHIFT (approx. hours 3pm-midnight). Candidate MUST have at least 1 year experience working in sanitation in the food industry. You must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work overtime. The right candidate will be self-motivated and have a high degree of attention to detail.

As the assistant sanitation supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness in our plant—supervising a team of 10-12 employees, ensuring sanitation standards are met, and equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized to meet all safety and quality regulations. You will enforce chemical handling procedures and PPE usage, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
