Job Description

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sanitation processes and managing team members within a designated area of a facility. With a strong emphasis on safety, this individual must ensure that all equipment and surfaces in their area are maintained in compliance with FDA regulations. The supervisor is accountable for providing machine specific training to new associates and delivering ongoing performance feedback to direct reports. This position requires a seasoned sanitor who is adept at leading a team of hourly associates towards the achievement of shared objectives.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the sanitation team members are sufficiently staffed, trained, and equipped with the necessary tools and personal protective equipment to perform their duties safely and effectively.
• Ensure that all mandated safety procedures are conveyed to, and comprehended by, the team assigned to his/her oversight.
• Conduct inspections of the equipment that is cleaned and sanitized by the crew under his/her supervision. These inspections will take place before, during, and after the sanitation process.
• Review and approve the reporting and departure times of the crew assigned to his/her supervision.
• Responsible for making reports, talking with customers, and working with government officials.
• Must be organized and maintain comprehensive records of sanitation processes, deficiencies
