Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to sanitation technicians.
  • Ensure all break rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching on procedures, safety, and chemical handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals (SDS compliance).
  • Address employee concerns, performance issues, and attendance in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve facility-related issues.
  • Support deep cleaning, special projects, and preparation for audits or leadership visits.
  • Maintain documentation of cleaning schedules, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Promote and enforce all safety policies, including PPE usage and hazard communication.

Description

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating sanitation staff to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment across non-production areas, including break rooms, offices, and restrooms. This role oversees daily cleaning operations, enforces sanitation standards, and supports a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the facility.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures

May require flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends
